Barley and Banks from Lancashire Mounted Police dealt with a HORSEam job in Preston City Centre when they pursued a male who ran off from them because he was wanted for numerous offences in another force !
There was neigh escape for the male who quickly realised the silly choice he made taking on two of the fastest from the branch when he was quickly located and arrested!
