Basingstoke Officers Provide Tack and Property Marking

It’s national Equine Week of Action, and as part of this the Country Watch team have been conducting protective marking for tack and other equipment.

On Tuesday 30 April the team were in Old Basing and Kingsclere where they marked around 95 saddles, a livestock trailer, two flatbed trailers, and a couple of chainsaws and lawnmowers.

These items will all be registered on Immobilise.

If you aren’t familiar with Immobilise, it’s a national property register where you can register your valuables for FREE which improves the chances of them being returned to you if they’re ever lost or stolen.

The team will be doing more property marking across the county in the coming days and weeks.
