Stolen Vehicles Recovered and Arrest Made by Cheshire Rural Crime Team and Partners

1x Arrest, 1x Vehicle Seized, 2x Confirmed Stolen Horse Boxes recovered, 2x Suspected Stolen Horse Boxes recovered and a Stolen Quad seized too.

The Cheshire Rural Crime Team, supported by the National Construction & Agricultural Theft Team, plus officers from Staffordshire Police and West Mercia Police worked together to progress the investigation into the theft of a horse box trailer from the Knutsford area.

Officers on the team are specially trained to identify caravans, plant machinery, quads and more, and despite efforts to remove, change or disguise the identify of the items, they worked painstakingly into the night in very cold and muddy circumstances to check them all.

An incredibly long shift for some of the team, but well worth it.
